Afftiks provides users with access to curated lists of potential affiliate or influencer profiles, designed to help brands or agencies with their outreach, gifting, and affiliate campaigns.

• Each purchase grants access to 500 influencer or affiliate profiles.
  
• These profiles are publicly available and have been curated based on relevance, niche, and potential alignment.
  
• We do not guarantee communication, collaboration, or performance from the listed profiles.
  

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

By purchasing or using Afftiks:

• You understand that we do not guarantee:
  
  • Any sales, conversions, ROI, or influencer engagement.
    
  • That any listed profile will respond, agree to collaborate, or produce content.
    
• We provide no warranty for the quality or effectiveness of any resulting campaign or interaction.
  
• The list is provided “as is” for your own use and discretion.
  

3. No Connection to Brands or Affiliates

• Afftiks and Fluencers Group LTD are not affiliated with or connected to the influencers, creators, brands, or platforms referenced.
  
• We do not act as intermediaries, agents, or brokers.
  
• Our lists are generated from publicly available information or proprietary research and are for informational purposes only.
  

4. Payment and No Refund Policy

• All purchases made through Afftiks are final.
  
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
  
  • If a creator does not respond
    
  • If results are not as expected
    
  • If there is any misalignment in campaign goals
    
• Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing.
  

5. User Obligations

• You agree not to misuse the information provided.
  
• You are responsible for how you contact and engage the individuals listed.
  
• You must comply with data privacy, anti-spam, and platform-specific rules when reaching out to profiles.
  

6. Intellectual Property

• The list and platform content remain the intellectual property of Fluencers Group LTD.
  
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the list for internal marketing/outreach purposes only.
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afftiks and Fluencers Group LTD shall not be liable for any:
  
  • Loss of profits
    
  • Loss of opportunity
    
  • Damages arising from your use of or reliance on the list
    
• You use the service at your own risk.
  

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Afftiks website and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
